C. Bechstein Academy A175
C. Bechstein Academy A 175: A German grand that makes no compromises
C. Bechstein A 175: the genuine pleasure in playing. With its noble, elegant and dignified voice, this premium instrument is clearly rooted in the great Bechstein tradition. This also applies to the professional, high-precision action, which is manufactured with meticulous attention. In order to make sure that the Bechstein pianos meet the brand’s high-quality standards, C. Bechstein performed investments at its production site located in Seifhennersdorf, Saxony, and now produces its own hammerheads.
Like the other premium C. Bechstein pianos, the A 175 model is made at the Seifhennersdorf production site. This German grand stands out for its precise action and richly nuanced voice. The basic parts for the C. Bechstein Academy A 175 model are made using complex processes and state-of-the-art technology, then post-processed by master piano-makers to provide each instrument with an individual voice.
Providing training is an investment in the future
C. Bechstein invests continuously in trainee positions, and the company’s trainees achieve excellent results at Ludwigsburg’s School of Piano-making. This is the way to keep the Bechstein tradition alive and pass on the expertise required to make brilliant German grands.
